PM Laptop Scheme
The Prime Minister of Pakistan has announced that the government is launching a new PM Laptop Scheme to provide laptops to hardworking and skilled students. The objective of this program is to provide laptops to educated and poor students across the country so that they can succeed in their academic and research projects. It provides details about eligible universities under the PM Laptop Scheme.

There is a possibility to get a laptop in Pakistan now and you can apply if you haven’t applied yet. Most interestingly, online registration has started now, and hardworking and talented students can register for this program and get a laptop. Eligible Universities For PM Laptop Scheme
Eligibility criteria approved under Laptop Scheme 2023 are:
- 1st year / 1st semester 4 year BS/BSc program students studying in any HEC approved university or college can apply for Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme 2023.
- Must secure 3.00 CGPA with 60% individual marks or 70% marks in annual examination.
- Semester wise students should also be allowed to do 2 year master degree program in 1st year / 1st semester with 60% marks to apply for PM Youth Laptop Scheme 2023.
- The information given on the official website of PM Youth will be used to qualify the current shortlisted candidates. Eligible candidates will be awarded laptops, while new applicants will be shortlisted soon.
- Students from Azad Kashmir and Occupied Kashmir are also eligible.
PM Laptop Scheme is approved for low income and hardworking students in the society. Under this scheme, laptops will be provided to students studying in HSC educational institutions and public sector educational institutions. This laptop will be allotted on the basis of merit to the particular university which meets the academic needs of the student.
FREE Laptop Scheme 2023 Apply Phase-III
PM Youth Laptop Scheme in Pakistan is reserved for Government University students only. HSC Pakistan has nominated the names of all the universities that are eligible for the PM Youth Laptop Scheme 2023. Both male and female from Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Gilgit-Baltistan regions can apply fresh for PM Youth Laptop Scheme 2023.

Similarly, regular university students are also rewarded with PM Laptop Scheme 2023 which boosts their morale. Apart from this, students of DAE, MBA, and FA/FSc/ICS/I.com (FATA only) can also avail free activation of PM Youth Laptop Scheme. Please read the official advertisement for details of this scheme.
PM Laptop Scheme Update
According to the Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, in the coming year 2024, laptops will be provided to more than one lakh students, whether male or female. This action is based on the fact that this time many deserving and meritorious students could not get a chance to get a laptop. In light of this, only five thousand laptops were distributed last time. Therefore, the government has decided that laptops will be given to more than one lakh students in all universities of Pakistan from the next academic year.
Under Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme Phase III by Higher Education Commission (HEC), laptops will be provided to students studying in public sector educational institutions.
Laptop Scheme For Matric Students 2023 Last Date
The last date of 2023 laptop scheme has been fixed for matriculation students. The process of distribution of laptops will be started soon, and students will be able to submit forms. This is a good news especially for students who are getting good marks in matriculation classes. We advise all prospective students to avail this opportunity and register.
